I posted on Facebook this morning instead of the blog. :( Oh well, it's a Monday. To recap - last week was really pretty bad. The thing is (and I can say this now after coming through it and am on the other side!) is not to dwell. The scales might be forgiving but still in my heart of hearts I know what I did wrong, and where I could have been just a little better and made some wiser choices. It is a little different making bad choices now ya know? Before I made them and went on my merry way. Now, it's like have that ice cream - but only 1 scoop, not two. These changes in my thinking should be interesting!

  1. I totally get what you mean about how it is different making bad choices now. Now that I know better (on certainly things, still learning though), I have no excuse for making the not so great choice.

  2. Don't be so hard on yourself! Icecream is almost impossible to resist! I found these frozen Greek yogurt bars this weekend at the grocery I'm trying out. 80 calories per serving and tricks my brain into thinking its icecream because its creamy even though its on a stick. My hubby tried the strawberry and said it was OK. I tried the vanilla and wasn't impressed just yet but it was nice to have a guilt free frozen treat. See what you can find in the frozen isle that might make a good every other treat substitute. You've got this!
