My week 1: So, my weigh in is in the evenings and I was up .2, but really not stressing it. I know if I do, that will just add another .5 lol. I did alright for my first week, didn't work out as much as I needed to, but I was able to get all of my water in every day, even on the weekend (although I know we're not tracking it on the weekend).
My schedule at work took me out of my normal day to day routine so, this week I am ready to give 110% and stay on track. I did eat healthy all during the week last week with the exception of Wednesday where we went out to Buffalo Wild wings. Today so far has gone great. Looking forward to seeing everyone else's numbers tomorrow! I'm sure everyone did fantastic!
Maintaining during a week where you were off your routine, that is a huge win in my book. It is so easy to take the easy eating route when the rest of the days schedule is out of the ordinary, you should be very proud for having gotten through it while staying on your plan, it ain't easy. Actually, schedule changes are my biggest worry over the next 12 weeks. So you go girl!
ReplyDeleteAnd are we tracking water on the weekends?
I agree with Jill. It is hard to stick to your eating program, water, working out, etc. when you're off routine. I know it is for me. Excellent job!! I think we all did great considering we also had yummy food selections and treats for Mother's Day this week.
ReplyDeleteYes, Jill - we track everything on the weekends, except there are no pop challenges. I'm finding that especially helpful because before I started keeping track of the weekends, they usually messed me up.
