Oh I definitely agree it's what you eat at either restaurant - or anywhere for that matter. One of the meatball subs mentioned in the article vs. one of the small hamburgers at McDonalds? No contest as to which one has more calories. And artery-clogging fat, etc. More difficult to decide would be between same hamburger and a veggie sub at Subway and the condiments added.
