This makes two really sucky weeks food-wise. I think I'm tired - and lazy! It's a pain to read labels all the time and to watch sugar and salt and fat and yada, yada, yada. And let's not forget exercising, which is something I've never been fond of, even when I was young and in (relative) good health.

However, contrary to my kvetching above, I have done decently.  I did eat right several days and exercised several days and bought healthy food when I went to the grocery store - and read the stupid labels! :-). Most of all, I tried. I might not have succeeded every day, but I did try. And now here is another week, so here we go!!!

  1. Do you have a smart phone? The apps out there are fantastic and do all the reading for you - just scan in what you are eating and eventually you'll start to figure out what you can eat, can't eat or can sneak in moderation. Its helped me bring a bit of variety into the traditional salad and lean cuisine diet foods. Keep up the good work [Jill]
