week 12

We made it - yay us! I wasn't 100% this week like I hoped. Lots of work stress and eating out. But I did my best to gather a few points. Only up .2 pounds which is a small miracle to be honest. Total numbers for the 12 weeks: I am down 7.8 pounds! I'm happy and yet I feel like I could eat a big meal and put that back on in a day. So I really do plan on keeping an eye on my foods. I learned a lot about calories and healthy food options so I hope I make better decisions for having done this - contest or diet or nothing at all. Congrats to you all!! Its been fun, I'll be ready to go at it again in a few weeks!
