Hello everyone, this week I feel good about figuring out that calorie count thing lol. So, I have to say I am not a fan of vitamins typically, but through out all our tracking, I have noticed I never really get my daily intake of calcium, Iron and a few other vitamins. So, I decided to start to add a daily vitamin to my diet and we'll see if it helps, along with getting the proper amount of calories while continuing my exercise goals. Good luck everyone!

  1. I noticed that too, the iron especially. I'm still using myfitnesspal, it would be nice if they had more vitamin totals.
